3 apples, peeled, cored and chopped fine
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 cups beef? lamb? chicken? (fat broth)
__ sugar
__ saffron
salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a soup pot. Cast in the apples and fry until it turns to sauce and starts to brown(?)
- Add broth, sugar and saffron. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Blend the soup, adjust the seasoning and serve.
